IMPORTANT UPDATE:  Starting July 15th we will be releasing a permanent summer schedule, which will allow drop ins.  It will be very similiar to the current schedule, except with a few changes that will reflect upon the feedback we have been receiving from clients.  Until this time we ask that you please book into all classes at least 2 hours prior.  Thank you so much for your patience and we appreciate your loyalty! PS-Stay tuned for new upcoming fall class types, including self defense, kick boxing and sensual dance.

IMPORTANT BIKINI BOOTCAMP INFO-I have had a lot of women express interest in the Bikini Bootcamp program, but were unable to commit to the full 2 hours a day 5 days per week schedule.  So I have developed an option that will hopefully open it up to more members.

-You may attend the first hour portion of the session with your regular class pass/membership. (the intense workout)

-The second hour which consists of roughly a 20 minute jog (brisk walk, or run depending on your activity level) 30 minutes of light mat work, cool down and yoga inspired stretches for an additional $10. The last 10 minutes of the session we discuss our meal plan.

-The classes are being held at Heritage Park, meeting in the parking lot off of 5th ave.

-You may drop in, just be sure to sign in with the instructor. The instructor may be paid with cash (if you don’t already have a membership/class pass) or stop by the studio prior to arrange payment.

MONAVIE ENERGY DRINKS NOW AVAILABLE-  Not even released in Canada yet are the brand new Mona Vie energy drinks, we have our sources working and were able to secure a shipment since they are not available until August in Canada we are not able to sign you up for autoship, and they are only being sold by the can.
