Good Morning Sunshine Breakfeast Shake!

This is a great shake to whip up quickly for your breakfeast, or really as any meal replacement.
Ingrediants
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen bannana
2 tbsp protein powder
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/4 cup soy milk (you can also subsitute with milk or juice) adjust amount based on desired thickness

These bars are great to make in advance for a quick breakast or really as any meal replacement! They contain “good fat” protein and whole grains.
