I wanted to make people aware of this really amazing site I found, its called MyFoodDiary.com

Its intended mainly as a weight loss tool, where you enter everything you eat then your calories and weight loss are tracked. The reason I joined was because it also tracks all the vitamins and nutrients in your diet, so you are able to see what your lacking ect. As a vegetarian I thought that this would be a useful tool for me, where I thought I may be deficient (iron, protein) I was actually exceeding my needs but as it turns out I have only been receiving about 1/3 to 1/2 of my bodys calcium requirements- something I havn’t really thought too much about-until now.

They offer a free 1 week trial so even if you don’t want to sign up for the service it can give you a good snapshot of your diet.
