All Natural Protein Bars
These bars are great to make in advance for a quick breakast or really as any meal replacement! They contain “good fat” protein and whole grains.
1 cup of protein powder(any flavour)
1 cup rice crispies
1 cup oats
1/2 cup of all natural peanut butter (add more if desired stickiness is not achieved)
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup ground flax seed
Mix everything together with an electric mixer and press into pan, refrigerate for 2 hours than cut into squares. Keep refridgerated.
