Chocolate Covered Frozen Bananas!
This is an absolute summer MUST!! What better way is there to help meet your fibre and potassium needs while cooling down with this treat
4 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
4 oz chocolate (milk or dark, whatever you prefer)

Chocolate Banana Shake
Ingrediants:
Serves 2
1 frozen banana
1 cup vanilla yogurt (greek and organic if possible!)
1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
1/2 cup ice
protein powder to taste if available

This is a great shake to whip up quickly for your breakfeast, or really as any meal replacement.
