Chocolate Covered Frozen Bananas!

4 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
4 oz chocolate (milk or dark, whatever you prefer)
wax paper
wood sticks

Chocolate Banana Shake

Ingrediants:
Serves 2
1 frozen banana
1 cup vanilla yogurt (greek and organic if possible!)
1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
1/2 cup ice
protein powder to taste if available
Throw everything in to your blender or magic bullet then pulse on high.

Good Morning Sunshine Breakfeast Shake!

This is a great shake to whip up quickly for your breakfeast, or really as any meal replacement.
Ingrediants
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen bannana
2 tbsp protein powder
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/4 cup soy milk (you can also subsitute with milk or juice) adjust amount based on desired thickness

All Natural Protein Bars

These bars are great to make in advance for a quick breakast or really as any meal replacement! They contain “good fat” protein and whole grains.
