The Process
1. A week prior to your consultation I ask that you keep a food diary, as well as fill out a personality and motivation form.
2. Your first meeting will be roughly 45 minutes long, this is where we will,
- Discuss and set goals we will use this information to create a detailed timeline in which you will achieve them.
- Review your food journal and go over some nutrition fundamentals and guidelines.
- Review your personality and motivation form.
- Discuss the frequency in which we will train together.
3. On our first training session we will deliver to you your personalized weight loss/ fitness program. We will also perform a full body analysis which includes testing your fitness level, body composition and taking your measurements with weight.
Where we work out is up to you. We have all the equipment necessary to provide you with an effective workout right from your own home, or if you live in the Abbotsford area we can train at Go Fusion Fitness, a ladies only fitness studio. Please inquire if you live in outside of Abbotsford and we may be able to make arrangements to work from a different facility.
Pricing & Packages
Consultation is free with the purchase of any package, or $99 if paying per session.
Pay per session $65 per hour.
Package 1
4 sessions $240
Package 2
8 sessions $360
Purchasing 9 or more sessions at a time and your rate is only $45 per session.
Personal training with a friend or family member?
Package 1 $280
Package 2 $420
Purchasing 9 or more sessions, your rate for you and your partner is $50 per session.
Payment must be made prior to training by credit card, cheque or cash.
