Yoga Workshop with Chris Chavez

So last night I went to a Chris Chavez yoga workshop in Langley, (I guess you would call Chris a bit of a yoga celebrity, his classes are rated top 3 in L.A.) I have to say it was one of the best experiences!  So like I said Chris was a yoga teacher based out of L.A. until recently when he and his wife decided to sell their house and car and live around the world doing yoga teaching training courses. He is the most charasmatic and kind teacher- and what also makes him great is he definitely pushes your boundaries, encouraging you to things you wouldn’t ever have conceived of- he even got me into a head stand, which I am terrified of, and an “almost splits.” Anyways so much fun that I had to blog about it!!! If you ever come across the chance to go to one of his workshops it is a MUST if your into yoga- I think most of them are out of the HariOm Yoga studio.  I added some pics of stuff that we were taught. Just Kidding- not quite there yet, lol.
